Not sure what this style is. Would love to know its maker or age and value...Only marks i found was the number shown in base and the heyco grommet for cord. Looks like there may have been an oval gold label on it at one time..shape of shade suggests it may be original to it. Is there a reference guide where you can look a lamp up by its number?

      Hi there,
Definitely looks 1970s to me. Not wanting to be a know it all but it may help you in your search to know that the lamp is not cloisonne. Looks to be ceramic with a factory made decoration. It is not hand painted. It is still a neat piece but it is not very valuable in terms of lamps. If you are looking to re sell that does not mean no one would purchase it! I'm sure someone would love it. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info..it does look ceramic but the interesting thing to me is that is it actually metal of some kind..

Yes that is pretty common in that era for the base of the lamp. It is probably iron and brass. Have a look at this one. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Mid-Century-Modern-White-Ceramic-Brass-Base-Table-Lamp-Leviton-Socket/203303147832?_trkparms=aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D231574%26meid%3Dd2f892e288da4b9da9c46df0be3525b1%26pid%3D100935%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpf%26sd%3D324218472079%26itm%3D203303147832%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2332490%26algv%3DSimplAMLv9PairwiseUnbiasedWeb&_trksid=p2332490.c100935.m2460

Its not just the base of the lamp but the whole lamp that is metal..

Hmmm is it painted metal or is there a layer of enamel over it? This is a good mystery.
    6. kimbercin, 3 years ago
i really dont know. it has a shine to it so maybe a layer of enamel over it? the lamp has weight to it and sounds hollow when you tap on it except for the upper section which rings solid..

im thinking the design is painted on though..
