It is just a primitive Christmas ornament?
However, the specific shade of glazed green bothered me, and this shape... I couldn't find any information on the internet. Experience will be irreplaceable here. Thank you for your attention, time and possible help.

On first glance this doesn't say "Christmas ornament". The colour is wrong, the style is wrong. And....I may be wrong.
What are the dimensions, the weight, the material? All those good things that would help to figure out just what it is.
My first thought was a garden ornament with the rod missing
