Looking for some information on this fabric Doll, it is thought to have been purchased sometime in the 1940's on a trip to Europe.
Everything on her is Fabric, Shoes, clothing and Doll. Any assistance on identifying her would be appreciated. I'm reaching out for a friend.
Thanks everyone we have a wealth of knowledge in this group.

These dolls are referred to as "Lenci type" dolls . She is quite nicely done . Hard to say exact maker as they were unsigned and not a lot of records kept on them. Several companies jumped in the so called "Band Wagon" to compete with Lenci but their quality never compared . She is a type of doll sold to tourists .

I think it is an Italian "Magis" doll, dressed in a possibly Tyrolean costume
