Not sure of what this item is worth. I saw another one like it but, it was brass and not very good detail. I believe this one is solid gold case. Anyone have any information about a gold lighter like this? Thanks

The lighter is nice, but I tend to doubt that it's solid gold, or it would be marked as such like this 18K gold one is:
