Very nice bike! You should take some more pictures and post them. This one's kinda fuzzy. From what I can see I would definitely NOT restore it. Give it a good cleaning/polishing.... maybe some new decals... and ride it!! Value- $800- $1200??

I would value the bike at $350-$500 it looks to be a Mid 50's Scwhinn Jaguar what is the tire size if they are 26x2.125 it is a 54 the only year the Jaguar was a balloon tire bike. Looks to have the wrong rack that is a phantom rack should have a 6 hole rack. dont restore ride it like it is or sell it. Thanks
