Ehre Der Arbeit - Honor of Work (I believe my grandfather received this medal)
On the rim it says "C. Poellath, Schrobenhausen, Silber 1000 Fein".
The medal is also in its original box! The front of the box says " Verdienstemedaille des Bayerischen Industriellen Verbandes" (Merit Medal of the Bavarian Industrial Association). On the inside of the box is written Carl Poellath, Schrobenhausen.
