Super cute Sherlock Holmes nutcracker! I especially love the ulster.
Funny to think of him with a mustache, though. Sidney Paget's illustrations (and, well, ACD's textual descriptions) would conclusively rule out any possibility of facial hair, including a mustache.
I suppose nutcracker convention overruled all that :) and anyway, who knows, it's always possible that Holmes might have decided to dress as a nutcracker to amuse Watson one Christmas or another!
