      Hi, davilaabigail. :-)

It's beautiful. There's a lot of it out there, and one code repeatedly associated with it is CWM4, which as I suspected, is Replacements dot com, who has a sample, and perhaps assigned that code to it, because they didn't know the name:

      *snip*

      Cwm4
      by Crown Regent (Romania)
      Item#: 228310 Pattern Code: CWMCWM4
Description: Yellow/Rust & Blue Flowers, Scalloped
Pattern: Cwm4 by Crown Regent (Romania)
      Status: Not Known

      *snip*

      https://www.replacements.com/china-crown-regent-romania-cwm4/c/228310

I don't know about JRJS, but Cluj is a town in Romania, and apparently the unofficial capital of Transylvania:

That's what I have thus far. I haven't been able to find any history on Crown Regent china in Romania.
