    I received these unusual interlock plastic chain things that lock together and swivel into a hundred different shapes. at full extension, they are approximately 5 feet in length. I believe they are from the 1960s and hope to learn what they are?

      It looks like TallCakes was right on the money These are in fact original Richard Zawitz's 'Tangles" from 1982! They appear to be selling anywhere from $2,500-$5,000 each.
