Vintage MCM 3-Piece Grecian Bar Bottle Syphons & Caddy Set - Maker?

Hello All,
I've spent the past week searching high & low to ID the maker of this fabulous barware set. There's no signature except for numerical markings on the bottom of each bottle: 4 (I) 9 with 1, 2, & 6 below that. The "I" is in vertical rectangle. Any information most appreciated, thank you!
