I believe this is a vintage rocker made in Thailand. It seems to be hand carved.
I have found similar rockers like this but all animals & non like this one of a girl. The only items I have found online similar seem to be bookends. I would love to find out more information on this.

I think "unique" is probably a very kind term for this...if it is as big as it kinda looks, a word closer to 'obscene' might come to my mind, anyway...??? ;-) ;-) ;-)
