    I found this tea set in a thrift store in Oklahoma. I was immediately attracted to it because it looked like it could be Irish. I don't know anything about Nippon and I am unable to find a tea set that resembles this one. I would like to get some history.

      Early 20th century. Made in Japan. After 1923, the set would be marked Made in Japan. so this set is from before then. Lovely hand painted decoration. Very nice find.
