I found these mixed in with a bunch of antique buttons I bought at a yard sale. Does anyone know anything about them.? I think they are carved, but I don't know what they are made of. Thankyou

i don,t see what i have missed, you need an 2 opinion , i still endorse Okina - Hannya
and i still endorse the kanji Gyokumin, which means if i am right , the 3 pieces are down the line 4 figures ( Late MEijji)
, so put some effort in this , because i got AWFULL LOT !! OF EFFORT IN THIS
I don't under stand when you say insert
different reasons
1 i got a lot to do , sometimes it need months to find out, red flagging an entry prevents it from getting lost
2it is a narrowing down which databanks i have to use
3 works as a flow chart and a verification of possible authenticity
4 works as possible indication for the value so that gullible people ( maybe like you ?) can,t be take advantage of by peers on this site who possible wants to buy your stock for peanuts, IMO this stuff if valuable
5 the mean reason now , it is actually psychotherapy, to forget things , and believe me i got a lot to forget,
LC123 He uses that as a marker, so it's in his comments and he can come back and reassess the item. The different inserts are quick reminders for him, where his research has taken him.
