    I think this is a Westmoreland piece. It belonged to my Great Grandma. measures 11 x 10 x 3. There is no maker mark. I do believe it is a milk glass but can't find anything similar on the internet The foot piece has 2 seams and is placed at somewhat of an angle. I might be wrong thinking it's an older piece but she passed away over 40 years ago.
    If anyone has any information on this piece I would love to hear it.

      it's an older Atterbury piece with their 'Dancing Sailor edge'; this form was also made as Moss Gate #9 c1896.
