    I would like to know the manufacturer and the age of this bench vise. The bench vise has 6 inch jaws and the letter 6 on it. It weighs approximately 60 pounds.

      The wording in the white looks like "select"? Made me think of Western Select, but I don't think they made large vises. I did find a vintage vise library..maybe they could help you..
