Found this beautiful and surprisingly heavy giraffe today on a social media platform.
I don't have much information on it except that it's vintage, it's leather-wrapped and has black, glass eyes. He stands about 6 feet and 5 inches tall.
Any ?? would be appreciated.
Cluttered in the best way, I see some smaller animals on The Repair Shop, a British show that does the most beautiful repair for some pretty fascinating things. A lot of these were fairly expensive in their day. Suzie Fletcher is an English master saddler and leather expert on The Repair Shop and I have seen her do at least 2 of these pigs that made a cool foot stool.
