Clarinet Jug Charm Double Hallmarked

Charm is hallmarked with 2 stampings, (1) 800 (2) 90 AK, The first one I know that its 80% silver and second one is unknown to me, this is enameled and silver design with fine detail, I got this from Hungary. The clasp is a solid piece.
