Silver Wine Coaster - Who is the maker?

I need help to identify the silver mark.
I have this beautiful Repousse Wine Bottle Coaster with Grapes Leaves
It has a wood bottom.
The mark is hard to read but shows a hammer.
I need help to find out who the maker is.
It seems to me it is silver plated....
