Chinese import vase, I think 1970s,80s?

I just thought this was very pretty when I saw it and so I decided to go ahead and get it because it wasn't expensive at all I don't think it's got anything special going on other than it's very pretty decorated but I'm not sure Chinese or Japanese and the one mark that that's on the bottom I think it's Japanese but I'm not sure it looks kind of like a kutani Mark or something. Measures 12 in tall
