A VINTAGE SILVERTONE SIX STRING ACOUSTIC GUITAR.
SILVERTONE BEGAN AS A BRAND NAME IN 1940, A SPIN OFF OF THE HARMONY BRAND GUITAR. BOTH OF THESE BRANDS WERE CONTROLLED BY THE SEARS & ROEBUCK COMPANY. THIS WOULD BE THE STANDARD GUITAR, LET'S SAY, IF YOU ORDERED FROM THE SEARS CATALOG.
