I doubt that anybody can verify the authenticity of this item from a couple of pictures online, but it looks like what is known as a "Ushabti":

If you use "ushabti" as your search criterion, you'll find a lot of them online.
keramikos is right as usual , she is very skilled and got the right stemina but the question us what do they try to represent IMO psamik 1 to ataxerxes period
