I found this an attic of an old Masonic temple. . The tag on it says it is an FP Lighting System, The Incandescent Light and Stove Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. It has a hand pump that I found with it. Does anyone have any idea or information on this item. Very little on the web. I posted this here many years ago!
