Here is an O.M.BEALL medical from Mendon Michigan..I'm almost certain it's a one of a kind in this variant..I read the town burnt to the ground and was built over so things of the past are hard to come by!!This bottle is self dug and I'm very proud to have it in my collection,and a growing collection it is!!
