Antique Bronze Caesar Coin on a key ring

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this item and I don’t know anything about it, I’m hoping someone who knows about coins can tell me more, I guess some old person had this as a key ring for some reason, found many years ago. I saw a similar one to this online same front but different back.
