Hello I’ve just rediscovered this with some very early finds , I don’t know anything about it, it looks like it might clip over a button,???? It is very heavy and looks like gold but guess it’s brass, I’ve not seen one before so hopefully someone can explain more about it, seems like it must be old, lion & cub design.
