Karla Jordan. Polished stones intermingled with gold overlay beads connect natural shaped polished carnelian.
Marked Karla Jordan on hangtag.
Jordan became interested in jewelry-making in the '70s while teaching deaf children on a Navajo reservation in New Mexico. When she returned to Wisconsin, she continued to work with artisans and eventually started selling jewelry to department stores. She formed Karla Jordan Kollections and began focusing on pieces made of semi-precious stones and natural materials.
Like the first flash of autumn brilliance or the unexpected fire of a sunset, Carnelian captivates. Known as a stone of motivation and endurance, leadership and courage, Carnelians have protected and inspired throughout history.
