    Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely plate, I went through a phase of trying to find antiques this was something that I picked up. Not sure of age but it’s marked and surprised me by being Japanese

      willow pattern is already explained to you , see your archive

      deviation in kanji - japanese is unknown to me , looks like a sort of Teien concern stuff , but it aint , it is sure made 1970- and up
