This is a Doulton pottery vase.

Doulton Lambeth Ware: is a type of stoneware produced by the Doulton Pottery in Lambeth, south London, founded in 1815 by John Doulton.

In 1901, the company received royal recognition from King Edward VII and became Royal Doulton.

I think this piece was made in 1882, however it is also the artist I am interested in EC or MM. There was a Mary Mitchell and Eliza Martin who went by this mark but I have been unable to find any other pieces by them so wondering whether anyone else can shed some light. Obviously I may be wrong on all of the above ;). Thank you for your information really helpful x
