I am not certain if this figure has some religious connection or not and I mean no disrespect but my first thought was "look at the karate choppers on this chick"
The hands in the figure are just the dominant detail to me.
Maybe somebody knows if this piece goes as far back as Ugo or if it is more modern.
It’s a really interesting piece ….
