This is an Argentine model 1891 bayonet made by Soligen for the Mauser rifle. This version was made from 1893-1901 and the serial numbers on the scabbard and blade match. Plus it has the leather frog which is a big plus. The blade itself is in excellent condition. The blade is 16" long which is not all that long for the time. Also fairly light for a bayonet that size.
