Information on this pinback button

I am looking for information about this pinback button. Character is Denny Dimwit from Winnie Winkle. I am making the assumption that it was issued by a high school in the Philadelphia area. My research has not led to any firm information on what high school issued this pinback. The Philadelphia High School had a history of issuing pinback buttons showing comic strip characters for each graduating class. Most often the school was somehow identified on the button--but not in this case. So any help would be appreciated. Stay Safe. Hud Baer
