Orchard carved Art Glass vase

Hi I have this gorgeous Art Glass vase. The outside of the vase has a coating of a deep orchard color and carved to the glass all the way around and when you look inside of the glass vase through light you can see the vase is a dark amethyst. My problem is I don't know who made this The bottom picture my husband put a light inside to show the contrast and the cut. The bulb was one you can buy at the store. Just to give you an idea. I could not resist when I saw at a thrift store. If someone out in collector land can help I would appreciate it. THANK YOU for your time.
