What great condition is this pair of Case XX Sportsman's Shears/Scissors (at some point they were identified as "No. 47-8"). The two pieces are designed to separate for easy cleaning and maintenance. I have been informed that based on a book by Tom McCandless, these scissors are dated between 1920 and 1936; and according to a book by Jim Sargent, they’re from the 1930s. The scissors and their original leather sheath are a testament to their makers' craftsmanship.
Length: 8-1/4" (in leather sheath, 9-1/4")
Weight: 6 oz (in sheath, 7.5 oz)
