This is a 1950 M. Klein & Son’s No. 301 7-Inch Long Nose Pliers, without Cutters.

We know these are from 1950 based on the date code (QLIP) forged into the underside of both handles. Contemporaneous advertising from 1952 stated they were “perfected to meet a long-felt want of electrician and general mechanic. For switchboard, telegraph and telephone work, armature winding, etc.”
