Vintage necklace

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely necklace, and because I’ve been looking at necklaces online, this one looks very interesting, found it over 10 years ago, but never really had a good look at it, I now have noticed how well made it is and how stunning the design is, I’ve not clean or checked the metal but looks very dated to me, I’m curious as to how old it is or where it’s from, no idea if they are stones or glass but a lot of work has gone into it,
