This is a late-40s to early 60s Southwestern Engraving Co. (World Building, Tulsa) 18-inch specialized printer's or typesetter's wooden advertising ruler. Southwestern Engraving Co. headquartered on the 5th floor of the historic World Building (23 West 4th St.) in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, from the 1920s through the 1960s. The graphics remain clear and sharp, and it still sports its metal wear strip along the top.
