      This certainly is of the quality that Moser is known for, and may well be by this company.

      This dates from the last quarter of the 19th century. Very beautiful item.

      Are all moser pieces signed the maker ... ? any info please...

      I don't know that I've ever seen a signed piece of Moser enameled glass. I have seen signed pieces that were later, but not enameled. Because of this, most of this lovely, ornate enameled glassware is referred to as "Moser type" unless you can find catalog documentation that the piece was made by Moser. Doesn't diminish it at all not being signed. The quality speaks for itself.
