Oh I gave this one to my mom. What the best way to get a real crystal for it?
Take it to a shop,or on line?

Take it to a shop. You could find one on ebay if you knew what size it takes but that's the tricky part. Just go to a shop. Figure around $30 for the right size installed at a competent jewelers...

I agree with Toolate. Take it to an old time watchmaker to have one fitted. The size is important and so is the height. This is important because when you close the cover, a crystal, which is too high will crack and a crystal that is too low will hit the hands. A number 7 in height is a good place to start after making an accurate measurement across the old one in mm's and anyone here can convert it to "Ligne's" for you. Good luck,
      Jim
