one inch in diameter and 3 3/4" high with ASR on bottom and Berliln 1946 on side under what looks like a building with an angel or lady with a wing and holding what looks like a torch standing on 4 horses. Top is brass and hollow, bottom bullet part is steel.

Looks like a piece of trench art made for the US Occupation market.
