    This ceramic piece is by famous French artist Lucian Neuquelman. It features a boy and girl sitting at a cafe waiting for the opera. Quite detailed and colorful. Very "beatnik" piece from the late 50's or early 60's.

      Very nice ! I remember those clothes in style :-) so late 60's look . We had an artist section in downtown Milwaukee and all the beatniks and then hippies lived there and the sidewalks looked just like this :-) good memories , Thanks for sharing
