WWII US Navy aircraft clock

Here is a WWII US Navy Waltham air craft clock. This was given to me by a WWII US Navy veteran. He stayed state side during the war. He took this from the air craft scrap yard one day. He was a metal smith.

Anyone know anything about these?? I know there's someone out there!
