These two were from the Mongoose Snake drag set.

Mongoose, Snake dragsters, these cars came with the Mongoose Snake drag set, included two tracks with loops and finish flags. At the end of the track were two trap door with parachutes that would hook onto the car as it neared the end of the track. Track is long gone but I did find one parachute!
