These are the C6 15-volt lamps from the 1940s ... if one goes out or is loose, all go out.

Hi there.
Your lights are actually the later 1950s style. Conflicting information, but the Paramount biscuit style light was produced starting in 1951, or 1956, depending on what source you use. The deco/monument style light pictured on the box was produce in the 1940s through at least 1951.
