In the UK it would be called a drawbar connector. I was an Apprentice rail car repairer and the nut on the rear would need a 5ft spanner to release it or you would have to burn it off. If you need a sledge hammer we had a Monday morning sledge which weighed 28lb it was called a Monday hammer cos you would be tired to use it on a Tuesday!
