This Socony Vacuum sign post is in front of my building that used to be an old gas station/garage. It is about 15-20 ft high with I think the original sign perch/bracket but I can't seem to find any information on these old Socony Vacuum posts. How old is it, how rare is it and what would it be worth? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No older than 1928,Thats when Socony merged with Vacuum.I would say rare but not everyone has room for something like this.Love it, thanks for sharing!

I am in Missouri about 50 miles southeast of Kansas City.
Thanks oldbird57, too far for me to go, it should be easy to find a buyer if you list on e-bay with local pickup only, you might be suprised how mutch it brings.
