5+3/4 inch Vase with Beautiful Primitive Look~Coarse, Incised, unsigned

Hello All,
I've had this for a while and found it sitting on a shelf in the basement,( there are a lot of treasures in the basement:).
It's always intrigued me, the simple shape, the rough design, the beautiful, primitive quality of it.
Unsigned, but so distinctive that the style and execution of the design may be signature enough
Is it something that someone out there recognizes?
