I am not sure what this is. I know that I have had ever since I can remember. I am not sure if it was my mothers or fathers or... I just know it has been a part of "me".
You can see that the doll has "wings" of sorts come out of her neck (or if not wings...not sure).
Can anyone tell me about how old this is and if worth anything?
Hi there, what you have is a Lefton Piano Kewpie Doll. it should have a mark on it's bottom kw22 something or a sticker that says lefton. As far as what it's worth I've seen them on ebay go from $10 to $100 so beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it depends on conditon of paint and Marking on bottom etc
