They are adorable! I did happen to find these in my collection of purchases, I often surprise myself on my buys. I must have liked them or they were in one of the magic boxes I buy! The question here is, they have numbers in them are they baby or doll shoes?

appx date 1900- 1920 baby shoes. The buttons are also replaced but they would look cute displayed .

I have almost the same shoes! My Mom sent them to me a few years ago. Sadly, she passed away last summer and I never did get to ask her who these darling little shoes had belonged to :( But since I see that you estimated the date at around 1900-1920, they would have had to have been my Grandmother's (1908-2011).
If I can figure out how to post a pic of them, I will.
