    I have four of these pretty glasses. Love the blue with the vaseline...and yes, they react under a blacklight. I do not know who manufactured them or how old they are.

      This color combination screams Tiffin, 1920s/30s. Look into that.

      Thanks so much Paul71! I had thought so too. The stem looked different on the one's I'd looked at previously. Just found "these" on Ebay selling last month...1920's Tiffin! I paid $6 for them because I liked the colors :)
