These four recent images of vintage rail scenes were taken at Steamtown NHS in Scranton, PA in December, 2012.
The Reading steam engine is the only one of the four pictured items that is not operational.
Steamtown is a fine Museum, preserving especially the heritage of The Steam Era, but also of USA railroading in general.
Thank you all for your loves of these photos. I am happy that there are outlets such as Collectors' Weekly, where all kinds of interesting things can be shared.
